The BENINCA JM.4ESA Garage Door Opener is a powerful 24V automatic garage door motor designed for commercial sectional doors with a surface area of up to 22 m². With a maximum thrust of 1200 N, the JM.4ESA provides reliable and precise automation for larger garage and sectional door applications.
The BENINCA JM.4ESA uses a 24 Vdc motor powered from a 230 Vac supply and is designed for intensive use. Its integrated encoder provides accurate monitoring of door movement, while the STC intelligent power control system manages motor torque according to the position and actual requirements of the door.
The integrated CP.J4ESA control unit features an LCD display and a 433.92 MHz radio receiver capable of storing up to 64 transmitters. It supports Advanced Rolling Code, Rolling Code and Fixed Code radio encoding.
The JM.4ESA also features an anti-crushing system with amperometric obstacle detection, adjustable slowdowns, energy-saving electronics and optional battery operation. With IP40 protection and an operating temperature range from -20°C to +50°C, it is suitable for professional sectional door automation throughout the UAE.
