BENINCA JM.3 Automatic Garage Door Opener UAE
The BENINCA JM.3 Garage Door Opener is a professional 24V automatic garage door motor designed for residential sectional garage doors with a surface area of up to 11 m². With a maximum thrust of 600 N, the JM.3 provides smooth, precise and reliable automatic operation for villa and residential garage doors.
The BENINCA JM.3 uses a 24 Vdc motor powered through a 230 Vac switching power supply. Its integrated encoder provides precise monitoring of the garage door movement, while the STC intelligent power control system automatically manages motor torque according to the position and operating requirements of the door.
Opening speed can reach 12 metres per minute and can be adjusted separately from the closing speed. The integrated anti-crushing system uses amperometric obstacle detection together with encoder management to improve safety during automatic operation.
The JM.3 also features an integrated 433.92 MHz BENINCA ARC receiver capable of storing up to 64 transmitters. Fourteen built-in LED courtesy lights provide high light output, while optional integrated batteries can maintain operation during a power failure.
