Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are in UAE Dirhams (AED). Prices may change without prior notice. Installation, delivery and additional accessories may be charged separately unless specifically stated.

Orders

All orders are subject to stock availability and order verification. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders resulting from pricing errors, stock shortages or incorrect customer information.

Delivery Policy

We provide delivery services across Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain and Al Ain.

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability.
Customers must inspect products upon delivery.
Any delivery damage must be reported within 24 hours.
Special order products may require additional delivery time.

Installation Services

Professional installation services are available for selected products. Installation charges are quoted separately unless otherwise specified.

Warranty Policy

Products supplied by BENINCA Gate Motor UAE are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
Warranty does not cover misuse, accidents or improper installation.
Electrical damage caused by incorrect wiring is not covered.
Water damage and unauthorized modifications void warranty coverage.

Returns & Refunds

Returns must be approved before sending products back.
Products must be returned in original condition.
Custom ordered products may not be eligible for return.
Installation and service charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.

Technical Support

Technical support is available for products purchased from BENINCA Gate Motor UAE through phone, WhatsApp, email or onsite service where applicable.

Limitation of Liability
